- Vacation Leave
We offer 35 days of paid vacation in total. After a year, that goes to 40 days. All regardless of your location.
Everything you needEquipment is important and personal - you'll get a $3,000 (or €2,500) allowance on your first day, to get everything you need. We don't tell you what to use.
Life LeaveLife events are important to us and we're here to support you. 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 8 weeks for secondary. You also get 6 weeks paid bereavement, medical and disaster leave.
