All of our Legal Terms & Policies are outlaid below and are generally available to protect both Cedita and its customers and / or users of its products and services that are made available.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use (see below).
Usage of our products and services may be governed by one or more policies , the coverage of each policy is denoted within. Where terms or policies are varied per product or service, there will be a clear, separate section made available.
General Website Terms of Use
These terms cover the usage of all of Cedita's products, be it this main website, or any other public site made available by Cedita or its subsidiaries, which includes individual product marketing and / or support websites.
Cookies & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy covers information about your personal data, cookies, and their usage, and more. For your Personal data, this policy includes what we collect and how we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights under various legal frameworks relevant to your region.
Service Agreements
Your usage of our services or products (whether provided online or otherwise) will be covered by one of the following agreements. Within each Online Agreement will be a list of the covered products, in order to help you determine which applies to you if you do not already know.
Online Services Agreement
Usage of our products or services of which are not subscription-based (where you would have to pay for example a daily, weekly, or monthly fee) are generally bound by our Online Services Agreement.
You will be bound by these terms if, for example, you use: Exercise Ninja, Funraising, HomeGo, PureSMS

Online Subscription Agreement
Usage of our products or services which have a nominal fee paid on a regular basis will be bound by our Online Subscription Agreement.

Online Preview Agreement
When you use a product or service that is not generally available, you are bound by our Preview Agreement.

Customer Agreements
Any products or services that are not covered by the above general terms, or the products or services of which are covered by either Enterprise or bespoke solutions will have a separate, individually addressed, and signed Customer Agreement.
Copies of these Customer Agreements can be found within the Cedita Cloud Management Area.
You will be bound by these terms if, for example, you use: Corporate Services, Local Government Toolkit, Scandi On-Premise
* PureSMS Enterprise without extra support services are covered by this Agreement, otherwise there will be a separate Customer Agreement.
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
All of our generally-available products and services are covered by Service Level Agreements. Please be aware that no SLAs are provided for Preview products.
Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
All of our generally-available products and services are also subject to our Acceptable Usage Policy. You may also be subject to additional AUPs from your organisation if you use a Cedita product provided by your organisation.
