Right to Control
Cedita offers easy controls for you to exercise your rights of privacy, whether mandated specifically by the CCPA or otherwise. From within your Cedita Account, you can use the privacy dashboard to view, download or delete specific pieces of personal information that we have collected.
If you do not have a Cedita Account, or have a different enquiry relating to your personal data, you can submit a request to Cedita Support. Before assisting you with any request, we may ask you to verify your identity or the identity of your authorised agent.
Sale of Personal Information
You have the right to know whether your personal information is being sold. Cedita does not sell your personal information.
You also have the right to "Opt-out of Sale of Personal Information". Cedita does not sell your personal information, and as such does not offer an opt out.
Non-Discrimination
The CCPA ensures that businesses are not able to discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the law. Discrimination in this context may include denying access to a good or service, providing a different level or quality of service, or charging different prices.
As with other data protection laws around the world, Cedita has no interest in any form of discrimination toward its customers.
